Terms and Conditions for Digital Box Entertainment's Mobile Gaming Trailer Service:

1. **Reservation Deposit & Payment Policy:**
   - A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking. By reserving, you agree to these terms and authorize Digital Box Entertainment to charge the provided card.
   - The remaining balance may be charged up to 48 hours before the event.
   - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability, at Digital Box Entertainment's discretion.
   - Full payment is due upon our arrival at the event. The same card used for the deposit must be used for final payment unless it's unavailable, in which case cash payment is required.
   - For certain situations, like events at different addresses from the card's billing address or same-day bookings, payment must be in cash. This will be communicated in advance.
   - A $39 fee applies for declined transactions or late payments (over 30 minutes past event start). The event may be paused until payment is received.
   - Changing the event address on the same day incurs a $50 fee. Digital Box Entertainment may cancel events if location changes within 48 hours of the event.

2. **Confirmation Email:**
   - Review your confirmation email for accuracy (address, date, time, price, activities, and participant numbers) and contact us immediately for corrections.
   - Online gaming and outside gaming are additional services, not included in the standard package.
   - Digital Box Entertainment isn't liable for poor Wi-Fi or cellular signals impacting certain services.

3. **Online Booking Restrictions:**
   - Online booking is limited to private events with no more than 16 participants. Larger or public events (e.g., school, church, community events) require direct contact for booking.

4. **Cancellation Policy:**
   - Due to limited availability, the total deposit is forfeited upon cancellation.
   - Rescheduling after booking is subject to a $75 fee and availability.
   - No-shows will be charged the full remaining balance.

5. **Weather and Safety Policy:**
   - Events are subject to cancellation due to severe weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, health emergencies, or equipment issues, without a refund.
   - Customers are fully responsible for events at outdoor venues and must comply with the cancellation policy regardless of weather conditions.

6. **Parking Policy:**
   - Ensure 60 feet of clear space for parking. We will not park on private property.
   - Customers are responsible for obtaining any required parking permits.

7. **Travel Fees and Pricing:**
   - Travel fees may apply for locations over 30 miles away.
